BCMC Build is an annual charity building event organized by the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA) and held in conjunction with the annual BCMC Show. BCMC Build demonstrates the theme, Building Community, Making Connections by giving us an opportunity to come together for a cause greater than our own.

The tradition started in 2010 with a fundraising campaign to raise money and materials to supply and build a single family home in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2011, BCMC Build went to Indianapolis, IN and continued the tradition by raising the stakes even higher. The group of volunteers, sponsors and helpers teamed up to frame TWO homes for two deserving families in Indy.

BCMC Build has been a resounding success, and is now looking forward to the 2012 project in New Orleans, LA.

The event is intended to generate new excitement and energy for BCMC. We look forward to inspiring new attendees to join us each year. BCMC Build is also a tremendous chance to generate publicity for the industry, educate the building community about us and showcase emerging building products.
